In 2005 a judge send his pants to dry clean and it was lost. He sued the Korean owner of the dry cleaners change surface though the pant was later found.
I evaluate this is certainly the do by of the judicial system in the US and the judge lost the conform to but it caused untold miseries and sleepless nights to the hardworking Korean couple. He had to pay US$100k for the be of that lawsuit. How much do you think that pant cost? The US is a litigation rich country. Everyone sue everyone to get the insurance money.
Roy Pearson’s term as an administrative law adjudicate expired May 2 and the D. C. Commission on Selection and Tenure of Administrative Law Judges has voted not to reappoint him.
Now who dares to employ him?Don’t tangle with guys desire that… just one pant for US54million…

answer him right i have been following this case very closely too im glad to hear he loss the inspect and it’s a relief to the korean family meanwhile shows that some light before the tunnel of legal system
